Augie, the owner/founder of Training To Be Balanced LLC (2005), has trained all types of populations since 1997. Certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS); Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA); BS in Exercise Physiology, Michigan State University; 4th degree Black Belt & 2006 National Karate Team member; specialties in sport speed and agility, kickbox karate, Grey Area SM Training, core performance and group training.

Katie Jackson, Exercise Trainer
Katie started as a four year client of Training to be Balanced LLC and ventured into the world of training various populations of athletes; a veteran of Division II Volleyball, marathons, triathalons, mountain bike racing, pregnancy and post-partum training; Katie is now back to training after staying home with her new baby for 9 months. National Strength and Condition Assoication Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT); specialties in sport speed and agility, core performance and small/large group training.

Holly Wooldridge, Group Trainer (Pilates)
Holly Wooldridge is an experienced dancer, educator, scholar and athlete; Practitioner of Pilates for over 10 years and a certified Pilates instructor through the Physical Mind Institute since 2007; Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Dance from Arizona State University. As a Pilates Instructor she aims to facilitate her client's individual goals, conscious movement, biomechanical and dynamic alignment, focused breathing and awareness.

Jay Anderson, Exercise Trainer
Jay has been a participate & student of T2BB since its inauguration in 2005; A valley residence since 1976 drove his love for the outdoors; Passion for yoga, fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, downhill skiing and relaxing with his wife, son and daughter; National Strength and Condition Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT); Specialties include coaching small and large groups of youth & high school for the past 14 years; He currently head coaches for 8th grade Middle School football.

Tanya Mark, Exercise Trainer
Tanya has been a consistent client of T2BB’s large group classes since 2006, and now joins T2BB’s team of exercise trainers; She brings over 8 years of expertise as a sports massage specialist massaging post-surgical rehab, pre and post event massage; She will combine her knowledge of the body with her belief that balanced fitness training is the key to optimal performance in life and sport; National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS); Specialties in mountain biking, telemark and skate skiing, climbing, surfing, yoga.

Kate Kosharek, Pilates Instructor
Kate is a certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body University. She holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has 10 years experience teaching movement to all ages. Specializing in Pilates group and private training, Kate educates awareness of breath and alignment, emphasizing that a strong core is key to proper body functionality and injury prevention. She also works at Dancers’ Workshop in The Center for the Arts where she is a dance teacher and performer and conducts private training on Pilates equipment.

Elisa San Souci, Managing Director
Elisa joined the T2BB team February of 2011. She had trained on and off with T2BB for two years. Prior to T2BB, Elisa spent many years honing her career prospects! River guiding, waiting tables and event coordinating and fundraising were some of her career pastimes. Elisa is T2BB Managing Director - you know taking care of just about everything. When not working, Elisa enjoys her family and all things outdoors.
