SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
An exercise & performance trainer simultaneously trains a max of three (3) persons in a 55 minute training session. The trainer ensures a maximum workout for all three participants by manipulating reps, sets, load, tempo, rest and exercise. It is the responsibility of the trainer to group all three (3) people, however, each participate trains together regardless of training level.
