STRUCTURED SELF TRAINING (SST)
This is a supervised 45-55 minute training sessions (6 people max) that are pre-designed based on the season. Workouts are outlined on wallboards with exercise & performance trainer supervision. The workout promotes accountability, camaraderie, and continued progression of performance.
